Order Handling

All orders are packed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Costs & Transit Times

• Estimated Transit: 8–14 business days depending on your location

Transit times are estimates and may be extended due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Tracking Information

When your package ships, a tracking number will be provided via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.

Taxes & Duties

Recipients are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country. superdollshop cannot estimate or control these charges.

Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, contact us at support@superdollshop.com. Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
